Training Opportunities

The Project at Heathlands works with Person Centered Planning (PCP) allowing each person the opportunity to develop a personalised learning portfolio.

This Portfolio can also become a daily living tool for accommodation, support staff and families enabling them to support each service user’s personal development.

The project provides the opportunity for each participant to focus on a range of skills and knowledge to assist in the realisation of a pathway to education, employment, training, work experience, and life skills.
