Training and Development

The Trust is committed to training and developing all employees and maintaining a competent work force. The Glenmore Trust employs a full time Training Manager and Trainer who together, design and deliver training and development to meet organisational, team and individual needs and National Minimum Care Standards. The Glenmore Trust is a City and Guilds accredited NVQ centre, offering Health and Social Care awards and Learning Disability Qualifications. The quality of training delivered to staff has enabled the Trust to maintain its Investor's In People award since 2003.

The training plan is based on analysis of the identified training and development needs of both the organisation, team and individuals needs and the National Minimum Care Standards.
